Interior design concept under the OPEN POWER commitment “A paradigm shift in the way we work to improve the future for everyone, a brighter future”. We designed and implemented the interior design for the new corporate offices of Enel Chile, which consists of 14 floors of offices to house 1,400 employees, 4 areas of common areas, totaling more than 14,000m2.
The challenge was to design the offices under 4 pillars of change based on
- Well Certification:Focuses on the elements of project, construction and real estate management that directly and indirectly influence the health and well-being of people.
- Sustainability: Innovative design and solutions based on sustainability and circularity criteria, responding to the real needs of users.
- Local identity: Building an ecosystem with local identity and culture is key to delivering a sense of belonging to people. We are inspired by evocative local natural geographic contexts throughout the national territory, where energy is generated, along with abstract expression through art that accounts for the sources of energy generation and its distribution.
- Work environment: We experience new ways of using spaces, which respond to the new way of working and people’s needs: collaborate, share, communicate, concentrate and relax. Useful spaces to build quality relationships.
This is how we managed to reinvent the physical workspaces: we designed the wholeexperience, an experience focused on people, the Enel community and their well-being.
Based on the interior design, Enel’s graphic universe was recreated with resources and elements of environmental branding and signage. Supports, color accents and shapes related to movement and energy will be a great source of inspiration as well as improving the user experience day by day.
We worked with the highest design standards in order to obtain the WELL Platinum certification, being the first workspace building to achieve this distinction in Chile.
